MORE Dispatch manages emergency calls in real time, from the report to the resolution, with a map marker, route and call system for responders.

The Dispatch App brings the same flow to lb-phone: citizens pick a department and type what is going on, so nobody has to roleplay emergency calls over chat or voice.

Both resources ship as one package. The app builds directly on more_dispatch and shares its departments, cooldowns and Discord integration.

Runs framework-independent via more_lib, with its own stats table in the database for reporting across days and hours.
